What we collect

When you use the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email, phone number, the reason you’re reaching out, your message, and, if you check the box, your consent to receive text messages.

Why we collect it

To reply to your questions about classes, memberships, and the gym.

Where it’s stored

Form entries are stored in our customer management tool (CRM), which is provided by LeadConnector. We don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

Texts from CrossFit Antietam are optional. You’ll only get them if you check the consent box on the form, and consent isn’t a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We don’t share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Our website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Two pages include tools run by other companies: the class schedule (Chalk It Pro) and the contact form (LeadConnector, with Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection). Those tools may set their own cookies or collect technical details such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies. The contact form may also load a Meta pixel, which sets cookies and can be used to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Children

Our Jr Aggies program is for kids, but the contact form is meant for adults. If you’re asking about Jr Aggies, a parent or guardian should fill out the form.
